Our Bath & Tidy service is designed to keep your dog clean, comfortable and looking neat between full grooms. Ideal for maintaining coat condition, it is especially helpful during cooler months.
Puppy Introduction to grooming
Our Puppy Introduction sessions gently introduce young dogs to the grooming environment in a positive and stress-free way from 14 weeks onwards. During these visits, your puppy will experience their first bath, blow dry, brush, and light tidy. By introducing grooming gradually, we help build your puppy’s confidence for a lifetime of calm appointments.
These appointments are offered at a reduced cost for the first 3-4 visits and are usually scheduled a month apart. Once your puppy is confident, we will begin working towards full grooms at their own pace.

*The dryer is used on the lowest setting. If your puppy is too nervous, we will towel dry only until they become comfortable with the process.
** The sanitary area IS NOT shaved until puppy is at least 6 months old due to young delicate skin. Instead, the area is scissored to prevent knots without shaving.
*** This is entirely dependent on your puppy's comfort and reaction to grooming. For some puppies it may take several visits before they are ready for tools to be used close to the face or feet. We will only do what the puppy is comfortable with to ensure a positive grooming experience.
Following the appointment, our team may provide simple "homework" advice to help your puppy continue building confidence between visits. This may includes things like gently introducing the sound of the hairdryer at home or practicing having their feet handled.
This helps your puppy become comfortable with typical grooming sounds, handling and equipment so they can grown into a calm and confident grooming routine
