Add-On Services
Our optional add-on services are offered for the health and comfort of your dog. These specialized treatments can be added to any of our standard grooming packages to target specific coat, skin, or hygiene needs, providing an extra level of care for your dog.
When you check your dog in for their appointment, we’ll chat with you about any preferences or specific needs. We’ll also ask about allergies, skin conditions, or anything else we should be aware of.
We use premium, salon-quality shampoos by ProGroom — a trusted brand used by professional groomers worldwide — with options suitable for a wide range of coat and skin types.
If your dog requires a medicated or specialised shampoo for allergies or sensitive skin, we’re more than happy to provide this. Please note this is an additional cost due to the specialised products used.
We also offer a charcoal detox mask, shampoo, and conditioner treatment. This anti-pollution treatment helps keep the coat cleaner for longer while providing deep hydration to both the skin and coat. It also assists with detangling and has a soothing effect on the skin.
Every service includes your dog’s nails trimmed. After clipping, nails can feel a little sharp — this is completely normal and will naturally wear down and smooth out with regular walking on hard surfaces like concrete.
If your dog doesn’t spend much time on hard ground, or if you prefer a softer, smoother finish (especially if they tend to scratch!), we offer nail grinding using a Dremel to gently round off the edges.

Fleas & Ticks
If fleas are found on your dog during their appointment, the groom will be stopped immediately and your dog will be given a flea and tick wash. They will then need to go home, and the groom can be rebooked once the fleas have been fully treated.
Fleas spread very easily and can quickly become a salon-wide issue, putting other dogs at risk and requiring the entire space to be treated and temporarily closed. For this reason, we take a strict approach to flea management.
We recommend keeping your dog up to date with flea prevention to avoid any disruption to their grooming appointment.
